Our focus is on the imminent threat posed by the proposed development at 9160 Sunset. 

Imagine a 78-foot high, 14,000 sq. ft. Mega Digital Billboard dominating the iconic Sunset Strip—the very heart of our community. 

This out-of-scale monstrosity is not just a billboard; it’s an assault on the character of our neighborhood.

Local voices matter. STOP the bulldozers!

Below are some troubling highlights from the environmental analysis the developer has already shared with the City… 

The environmental review established no haul routes for the public to consider. However, the draft environmental review also notes that the project should avoid residential properties - this is an impossibility at 9160 Sunset Blvd with residential neighbors all around.
