The Project at 9160 Sunset

The proposed project at 9160–9176 Sunset would replace the Hornburg Jaguar site with a five-story office building and 2,800 sq. ft. of animated LED billboards — aimed directly at neighboring homes. The Recirculated Draft Environmental Impact Report acknowledges construction noise impacts would be significant and unavoidable.

RADD is calling for three clear changes:

1. Remove or reorient all billboard faces away from residential properties
2. Reduce the size of the project to reduce traffic impacts
3. Require the developer to fix the Sunset & Horn intersection before any permits are issued
